United Arab Emirates (UAE) Shipping
- Free Delivery: Orders of AED 300+ across the UAE.
- Standard Delivery Fee: AED 20 for orders below AED 300.
- Delivery Time: 3–5 working days.
Orders are processed on working days only (excluding UAE public holidays). Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates. During peak seasons, promotional periods, high order volumes, or deliveries to remote areas, shipping may take longer than usual.
GCC Shipping (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain)
- Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- Delivery Time: 10–15 working days.
- Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or local taxes applied upon delivery.

International Shipping (Outside GCC)
- Delivery Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.
- Delivery Time: 15–25 working days.
- Customs & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or local taxes in the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges – UAE
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Eligibility: Unused, damaged, or defective products may be returned or exchanged in original packaging.
- Refunds: 100% refunded to the original payment method once received at our warehouse.
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns – International
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Return Shipping: Arranged by the customer.
- Refunds: 100% of product value refunded once received at our warehouse.
- Customs & Taxes: Any duties or VAT paid in your country are non-refundable.
